Baynhams Brewery · Est. 2017 · Brockenhurst, New Forest

A family run brewery in the heart of the New Forest.

Back in 2017 brothers Tom and Lawrence, together with their cousin Harry, shared a love of making great beer and a determination to turn it into their day job.

Hops House now produces two ranges that could hardly be less alike: PIG BEER, a craft range with a taproom and beer garden, and Chorus, a fine English sparkling beer.

PIG BEER

All of the beers are handcrafted in small batches in the New Forest microbrewery. NEW FOREST LAGER, a Munich Helles. STORM, a balanced IPA with Citra and Prima Donna hops. SAUBER, a crystal wheat beer with citrus and cloves. BLAK, a milk stout with cocoa. RUST, a mellow red ale.

The taproom and beer garden at Hops House have become a destination for a truly local pint. Delivery and click-and-collect from the brewery shop.

Fine English sparkling beer

Chorus

Years of experimentation produced a genuinely new expression of what beer can be. Brewed with Chardonnay yeast to develop fresh orchard fruit notes, with light malts fermented longer for a delicate biscuity finish, lifted with fine persistent bubbles.

Incredibly generous. Brilliantly complex.

“It resonates very much with putting your nose in a glass of sparkling wine, but you're still getting that true identity of it being a beer as well. Very, very unique.”

Jack Evans, Head Sommelier — The Pig Hotel, Brockenhurst
